As we adjust to the new “normal” we can not forget to take care of ourselves physically and mentally. We are now offering private and semi-private yoga instruction at Alchemy in our upstairs studio. If you have ever wanted to try yoga and large classes intimidate you, now is the time. Our very own Kathryn Hansen is an instructor and would love to guide you in your practice.
